Facilities: Pool

The pool is a new one conveniently sited in a sports/leisure centre near to the M40.

The building is entered from the north side through a doorway that is set back.

The modern new pool is 50M, six Lane. There are anti-wave lane lines. There are large windows on the south, east and west sides.

The deep end is at the west.

The pool can be turned into 25M pools by raising a narrow boom, as shown below.

Facilities: Car Parking

Parking is free. The normal car park is adequate for all the competitors.

The car park is usually fairly full, but there is always somewhere to park.

The parking is shared with users of the other sports facilities at the centre.

Facilities: Catering

The cafeteria is at first level and is partitioned off by doors and windows. It is cooler than poolside. There is a good selection of cooked meals, drinks, rolls, sandwiches, cakes and the usual prepackaged foods.

Facilities: Seating

The seating extends along the north side at first floor level and is not accessible to swimmers.

There is a good view of the entire pool.

There are many other facilities in the centre.
