The Temple Cowley pool is situated in a quiet area of south Oxford, next to a library.

The pool is 25M, Eight Lane, deck level. There is electronic timing. There are anti-wave lane lines.

The deep end is at the west end and the starting is done from there.

Facilities: Car Parking

Parking is free. The pool car park is not adequate for the competitors. On-road car parking is used in the nearby lanes.

There are vending machines at pool level in the reception area. There are seats where it is cooler than poolside. There is a limited selection of drinks and the usual prepackaged foods.

The seating extends along the south side and is directly accessible to swimmers.

There are several other smaller diving and training pools which are not used.

The pool is closed to the public during the competition.
